I ordered an item on 3rd July that was supposed to be delivered by 8th July. This is 17th July and I have not received anything or any automated update in the last 11 days. I’ve emailed Hardloop customer care twice but haven’t received any response. I was in communication with customer support on 18th July and then received my items today 19th July. I was concerned there had been no update for 11 days, but after talking to customer support the issue was resolved.
