Despite using this picture on their website which shows a 4 clip heel plate they sent out antiball plates with a 3 clip heel plate. No use to me as my G12 crampons have a bail at the rear of the heel meaning that I need the 4 clip version. I returned the item explaining the issue only to get the 3 clip version again. Returned again, apparently all due to a cataloging error, they don't have the 4 clip version.
